and Conditions
Buying from New A.D.E., Inc.
New A.D.E, Inc. offers a wide variety of products in a range of
categories. All merchandise is sold in full case packs. Example: Party
Balloons are sold in cases of 200. If you put a 2 in the quantity field
on the order form, you are actually ordering 400 individual packages
of balloons. Cartons CANNOT be broken into a quantity other than
specified for that item. Please remember this when browsing our website.
Due to the nature of the closeout business, inventory
is constantly changing. It is possible that some of the merchandise
you order will become out of stock before your order is processed. If
you need your merchandise by a specific date please specify that at
the time you place your order.
Sales Tax
The Massachusetts State Law requires us to obtain a Sales
Tax Resale Certificate from all Massachusetts customers. We MUST
have the certificate on file. If we do not have a resale certificate,
you will be charged 5% sales tax on all items, even if the items are

Shipping
Please keep in mind that shipping charges will be calculated when your
order is ready to be shipped. ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE SHIPPED FROM THE
MAIN WAREHOUSE IN HOLYOKE, MA. We ship via UPS or Truck, unless otherwise
specified. Shipping charges are whatever UPS or the trucking company
charges. Please keep in mind that some items are heavy and may cost
more to ship. Orders are generally shipped 1-3 weeks from the time the
order is received.
Paying by Credit Card
You will be notified of shipping charges via e-mail, unless otherwise
requested, when your order is shipped. Your credit card or credit terms
will not be charged until this time. Credit cards and open accounts
will be billed at the time of shipping. No orders will be shipped without
credit card approval. If you have any questions regarding our billing

Paying By Check
If a check is sent at the time the order is placed, ADE will not process
the order until the check is received. Once the check is received, both
your check and the order will be processed immediately.
Paying or Applying for Credit Terms
If you would like to apply for credit terms please email ADE at info@newade.com
and we will fax you a credit application. Please be aware that the length
of time it takes to determine approval depends almost entirely on how
long it takes for your references to get back to us. In some cases,
it could take as long as four weeks.
If credit terms are pending, in order to process your
order at the time it is placed, it is best to give credit card information
to proceed with processing the order. If credit terms are approved before
the time of shipping, the order will be billed on terms. Otherwise,
your order will be billed to your credit card.
