Art Submission Guidelines

• Send Color copies of your artwork as we cannot be responsible for any original pieces of artwork. The artist's name, mailing address and phone number should appear on the reverse side of each piece of artwork submitted.
• New A.D.E., Inc./Paper Images™ not only produces greeting cards, but gift bags and gift wrap as well.
• We are interested in a variety of categories ~ Country Folk Art, Humorous, Serious, Elegant, Charming, to name a few.
• Art submissions can be in the form of drawings or photographs.
• If you would like your art submissions to be returned, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope (SASE) with sufficient postage. However, we cannot be responsible for safe return of your artwork and New A.D.E., Inc./Paper Images™ will not be liable for loss or damage to your artwork in any event.
• We ask that you allow us 45 days to review and reply to your submission. If a SASE is enclosed, the artwork will be returned to you, otherwise it will be discarded.
• We do not work on a royalty basis. Payment is a one-time flat fee. All purchases are made to acquire exclusive greeting card, stationery, gift wrap, and/or gift bag rights indefinitely to artwork. Compensation is decided upon individually for each accepted submission.
